As far as I know, currently the only DVD which has the short movie Moonlight Resurrection is the R1 Special Edition disc of Lucinda's Spell, where the short has been included as extra feature. The regular disc of Lucinda's Spell doesn't have it. Moonlight Resurrection is presented in letterbox widescreen.
